Congratulations on Your New Kicknroll Scooter!

You’ve made a valuable investment. All Kicknroll products come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturer’s defects. This warranty safeguards against craftsmanship faults, and if your product has a manufacturing issue, we’ll either repair it or provide spare parts, free of charge. If repair is impractical, we’ll, at our discretion, replace the product. Please note that for a no-charge exchange, the defective item must be returned within 30 days, or the customer will be responsible for the full price of the exchanged item.

Who is Covered?

  • The original purchaser who bought the product from an authorized dealer

What is Not Covered?

  • Second-hand products
  • Modified or altered products
  • Poorly maintained products (left outside)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Any damage, failure, or loss caused by accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, theft, or failure to follow instructions or warnings in the owner’s manual
  • Wear and tear on wheels
  • Wear and tear on grip tapes
  • Improper or abnormal use
  • Excessive load
  • Cosmetic issues such as fading or scratching

Please note, the warranty submission form is only applicable for scooters purchased within the United States from knroll.com, Amazon, and/or other authorized (USA-based) Kicknroll retailers. The warranty is non-transferrable and is valid for the original purchaser only. Kicknroll’s warranty parts/service is solely available within the United States and does not carry over should you move to a different country. The warranty period starts automatically on the date you receive your product.
